1.This role would be responsible for spearheading the Fiber to Homebusiness at the State level and owning the execution of growthstrategy, driving business matrix, marketing, sales & distribution andensuring all public and private ROW and building permissions, highquality network, construction and customer service delivery eitherthrough partners (including LCO s)/distributors) or direct teams.2.Business Planning Implement the state`s annual business plans/targetsfor Fiber to Home Business by defining network, construction andcustomer operations priorities3.Ensure timely readiness for execution at a UJP and FSA Level includingLand base, contactors, team and equipment availability and training.4.Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships & alliances withLCO s/distributors & other partners.5.Driving Business matrix Own & drive readiness of Home pass foracquisition , building and customer acquisition and revenue for thestate FTTx Home business Ensure acquisition of all permissions ofpublic & Private ROW and Building Drive Jio centre-wise operationalperformance and reduce variance through appropriate businessscorecards/dashboards6.Customer Service Excellence Ensure retention management for fixed linecustomers Responsible for addressing and resolving state levelbehavioural complaints Drive customer centricity during process design,escalation management7.People & Partner Management Engage and drive people for productivitysurpassing targets Identify , engage and drive partner (including LCO s)for business target delivery
