  • Job Responsibilities :

    1. Manage end-to-end DLT Operations Customer/header/template
    management
    2. Manage a team of 10-15 associates involved in back-end processing of
    customer requests
    3. Manage customer communication email helpline, voice call support
    (if required)
    4. Interact with cross-functional teams internally
    5. Interact with other TSP teams for work-related matters
    6. Identifying training and development needs and guide the team
    accordingly
    7. Co-ordinate with Business team for updates, dashboards, instructions
    8. Support Regulatory team for reports, data, information, audits,
    compliance, etc.

  • Education Requirement :

    Graduation in any discipline

  • Experience Requirement :

    6 to 12 years (Customer experience domain, in a Supervisory role)
