    1. Develop and execute talent development framework.
    2. Design and implement career development programs.
    3. Support young leaders to identify and pursue development
    opportunities.
    4. Identify skill gaps, design targeted training programs.
    5. Collaborate with the L&D team to execute impactful learning
    experiences.
    6. Collaborate with leadership and business to allocate resources
    effectively.
    7. Develop, execute engagement strategies for a positive, inclusive
    environment.
    8. Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and business
    partners.
    9. Understand talent requirements and align talent development efforts
    accordingly.
    10. Collect feedback on the performance, development, and engagement of
    talent.
    11. Provide guidance on talent management strategies, initiatives based
    on feedback.

  • Education Requirement :

    MBA

  • Experience Requirement :

    3 to 5 years

  • Skills & Competencies :

    1. Experience in HRBP/Talent management or Learning and Development.
    2. Ability to conceptualize and deploy frameworks.
    3. Good stakeholder management skills
    4. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    5. Ability to be proactive and results-oriented.
    6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    8. Excellent time management skill and ability to meet deadlines.
    9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    10. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
