1) Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders to identify target
audience s training needs & gather relevant data
2) Plans instructional design projects, create blueprint, course
outlines, summaries, storyboards; visualize and develop wireframe
documents based on learning objectives
3) Guide developers to create storyboards and wireframes reflective of a
detailed design document.
4) Consults, analyses, and develops highly engaging and interactive
learning solutions
5) Designs learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of
learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural
differences that may apply
6) Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role
plays, games etc.)
7) Guide video editor, content writer and media designer to ensure media
elements are aligned to the instructional design strategy
8) Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
Help gamify learning programs/assessments
9) Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies
and instructional design
10) Acquires and applies new technology skills to instructional design
practice
11) Assess the accuracy, comprehension and effectiveness of learning
solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives
and provide inputs for process improvements.

MBA in HR or Any management course in learning and development
Graduation: BA, BMS, Psychology(Human Resource/Organizational Behaviour)
