    Overall Job Mandate
    1. The role would be responsible for supporting acquisition lead in
    program management for all Customer care related activities.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Cross functional co-ordination.
    2. Monitor & maintain plan vs actual
    3. provide operational analytics to key stake holders for necessary
    action
    4. Share progress updates and gap analysis
    5. Support in Escalation management if any

  • Education Requirement

    1. Any graduation
    2. MBA - Preferred

  • Experience Requirement

    3 - 5 years
