    1.Manage field technical support for PAN INDIA for Jio Devices - Jio
    Phone/LYF & Jio FI
    2.Manage knowledge management portal, for software, tools and content
    upload,
    3.Preparation of repair learning Video-#REF!/@#REF! for LYF / Jio
    owned Devices
    4.Handle Technical Queries realted to Devices raised in KM portal or
    thru Field training team
    5.Check Softwares and tools prior to circulation to Field &@ uploading
    on KM portal
    6.Releasing Technical Bulleteins/service Guides for product issues
    reported from field.
    7.Coordination with vendor management team for required Tool /Software
    /Documents
    8.Ensure hardware / software defects are documented and escalated to
    engg team for resolution

  • Education Requirement :

    Graduate (Engineering preferred), MBA or equivalent preferred

  • Experience Requirement :

    8 - 10 years

  • Skills & Competencies :

    1. Training skills
    2. Technical knowledge on mobile Phone &@ telecom
    3. Preparing Technical Documents
    4. Training module and new methodolgy on Training
