1. Set up and manage the technical troubleshooting and fix for anyservice degradation2. Analyse the cause of the low performance of the service3. Carry out technical troubleshooting for a fix or recommendation for afix4. Partner with OEM, NOC, TOPs, App and Device teams5. Act as single end to end owner for troubleshooting and fixing theoutage or performance degrading issues6. Work closely with technical help desk and device teams and analyseunknown issues leading to service degradation7. Ensure adherence to standard operating process to achieve endobjectives8. Control of relevant documents, Root cause analysis and records.
B.E / B. Tech / BS /M.E./ M.Tech / MS degree in any discipline
