    1. Validate Nodal Design Documents and NIP- Configuration file for
    DCN and IP Support Elements
    2. Guiding field team to ensure Quality in Installation and Integration
    3. Handling Escalations on RMA cases
    4. Project Spares management and License inventory management
    5. GIS-NE Instantiation and SO tracking
    6. Verifying master engineering database for DCN and IP support Element
    7. Spares management and coordinating with NOC and Field O&M team for
    quick fault rectification and resolution
    8. Ensuring equipments uptime and network KPIs

  • Experience Requirement

    Minimum 6 Years - Maximum 12 Years
