1. The role is responsible to develop a process to impart technical
and soft skill training to all field engineers
2. To create a rapidly scalable model for training repair technicians /
engineers on wide range of devices
3. Run train the trainer program for all service partners
4. The ensures improvement in the technical and soft skills of all
customer facing employees and keep minimum repair bounce
5. The role is responsible to find constant ways to improve the service
quality
6. Provide technical support to field - service center as well as
channel

MBA or equivalent

Minimum 10 Years - Maximum 15 Years

1. Ability to plan and deploy training
2. Strong eye for Detail
3. High level of interpersonal skills
4. Coaching and leadership skills - should be able to conduct these
workshops
5. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external
to the organization
6. Good MS Office Skills
7. Ability to accept and execute against odds / challenges
8. Analytical Skill - Ability to analyse data/situation to gather
insights
9. Communication Skills - Ability to convey thoughts effectively
10. Creativity - Ability to think out of box
