    1. Resource Planning, Recruitment and Deployment
    2. Partner Lifecycle management
    3. Ensure onboarding quality
    4. Take accountability of service deliverables
    5. Ensure adequate manpower availability
    6. Monitor daily performance
    7. Motivate team and provide proper training
    8. Visit partners, markets as required
    9. Gather customer feedback
    10. Mentor and counsel manpower
    11. Motivate partners for timely targets
    12. Handle escalations and ensure satisfaction
    13. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Network, Finance teams
    14. Participate in various Business Activities as required

  • Education Requirement :

    Diploma /B.E/ B.Tech (Preferred)

  • Experience Requirement :

    6 - 10 years in After Sales Service
