1. Provide 24/7 support to Security Agencies for LI & DD
2. Facilitate Lawful Interception as per process given by the DoT &
amplified in Nodal Hand Book, including complete documentation
3. Prepare and maintain up to date records / documentation for
the following
4. CDR requests received (e-mail / fax / courier /post etc.)
5. Summons received from court in connection with producing of CDR/SDR
6. Record / Register of Monitoring requests received
7. Destruction of old records
8. Maintain Register/Record of Authorized Nodal Officers/Authorized e-
mail ids/Specimen signature of Security Agencies
9. Fortnightly letters to security agencies for reconciliation of
monitoring requests
10. Event logs for any issues relating to LI System
11. Contact list /Telephone numbers of Security Agencies / Important
Police Stations
12. Maintain & ensure CONFIDENTIALITY of the communication between
Security / Government Agencies and the company
