1. Apply policies and procedures and identify potential problems andsolutions2. Prepare all supporting documents required for the investigation ornegotiations3. Provide guidance on routine procedures to ensure compliance withcompany policies, procedures and legislation requirements4. Resolve basic employee relations issues in line with the givenpolicies and guidelines5. Maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders to supportthe employee relations activities6.Build relationships internally with colleagues across functionsto anticipate potential problems7. Analyse data, identify trends and ensure action plans are in place toaddress potential concerns8. Understand company policies and procedures and their applications9. Demonstrate an ability to describe clearly the policies andprocedures with regards to employee relations10. Demonstrate knowledge of basic local Labour Laws and relevantlegislation requirements11. Maintain accurate records of all employee relations issues (e.g.,complaints/concerns/grievances and disciplinary actions, etc.)12. Comply, collate and update relevant data (e.g., collectiveagreements, contracts, HR statistics, etc.)13. Respond to queries from general colleagues on policies andprocedures relevant to employee relations14. Understand the applications of disciplinary procedures
Masters Degree / Diploma in Human Resources/Graduate inScience / Commerce / Arts / Engineering
Minimum 5 years - Maximum 10 years
