1. Responsible for geography operations for Home Connect (Installation &
Fault Repairs) .
2. Establish work execution methodology for connect and care operations
in the field .
3. Inculcate process orientation and high productivity culture for all
field teams (in-house or Partner)
4. Create a culture of customer focused operation which achieves the
business goals and objectives with regard to establishing world class
customer experience.
5. Identify new methods and techniques to enhance service
delivery/assurance to the customer.
6. Continually develop improvements and embed successful change
projects.
7. Drive operational excellence through quality and consistency.
8. Effective utilization of available manpower in the field . Identify
opportunities and methods for customer aquisiton through referrals an
leads .
9. Establish review and cadence based realtionship with the Geography
Teams. Act as an advisor and guide to State Leaderships for Home Connect
Operations .
10. Improve NPS (Net Promoter Score) CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), or
other Customer Metric.
11. Reduction of the cost and mean time to serve, enhance the First Call
Resolution and reduce repeat failures.
