1. Analysis of market, competition, industry trends etc
2. Compile product features, use-cases and requirements
3. Vendor evaluation process and recommend vendor platforms
4. Develop Execution Plan (feature roadmap, Org structure definition and
hiring, defining process of execution)
5. Identify business opportunity and proposed a product market
analysis,Product definition and consumer use cases, business case/plan.
6. Capture input from stakeholders and market and translates them into
effective requirements, value propositions, and solutions
7. Develop business unit and business domain (sub-unit) architectures to
align technology plans with business unit strategy
8. Provide leadership, guidance and expertise in the application of
information technology,particularly as it affects the business

1. Working knowledge of wireless technologies (android, IOS),
understanding of market places, digital and cloud services specific to
consumer and business services
2. Extensive technical experience in the enterprise wide infrastructure
technology with a core competency in at least one of the following areas
and the ability to grow the others: platforms (servers, end user
devices),storage, data,security,or network
3. Extensive experience working with App Servers, Web Servers, Java
Development Environments,Databases and Cloud Technologies
4. Extensive technical experience on large complex systems,including
distributed and multi-vendor projects
5. Experience in design / optimization of storage,compute,redundancy and
disaster recovery for systems deployed in data centers
6. Experience working with content-oriented services,voice and
messaging (specific to IP-based solutions),eCommerce/mCommerce,and other
value-add technology services
7. Ability to collaborate across organizations (engineering, operations,
systems,marketing, etc.),with proven cross-functional and globally
distributed team leadership skills
8. Adaptable and resourceful when placed in high stress situations.
Able to locate,motivate, and retain project resources in the face of
challenges and shifting priorities
