1. End to end responsible for the incident and follow up on TT fromreported till incident resolved and TT closed.2. Handling escalated cases & resolved within defined MTTR.3. Coordination with other work group for resolution of identifyproblem.4. To analyzed the performance of customer circuits and initiate actionsto improve the availability.5. To maintain & track customer KPI s & TT.6. Providing support and coordinating with the customer, field and NHQin the fault rectification.7. Interaction with NPE, NPO and Circle Operations team to takecorrective actions required for customer circuits.8. Prepare SOP / MOP for used cases & troubleshooting guides fordifferent services.9. To guide & provide training to L1 engineers for configurations, faultmanagement and troubleshooting.
