  • Job Responsibilities

    1. Own assigned HR service processes and ensure accurate, efficient, and
    compliant delivery.
    2. Coordinate with tech and operations teams to implement workflow
    improvements.
    3. Track and analyze service KPIs, SLAs, and employee satisfaction
    scores.
    4. Support rollout of service changes, automation, and platform
    integrations (e.g., SAP).
    5. Facilitate feedback loops to improve employee experience.
    6. Ensure documentation, audits, and compliance protocols are
    maintained.
    7. Collaborate with CoEs to align services with business and policy
    needs.

  • Education Requirement

    Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources or Business Management
    Preferred certification in Project Management, Data Analytics and Lean
    Six Sigma.

  • Experience Requirement

    5 to 9 Years

  • Skills & Competencies

    1. Strong understanding of HR operations and service metrics
    2. Familiarity with digital HR platforms and workflow tools (SAP,
    SuccessFactors, etc.)
    3. Data analysis and reporting capability
    4. Ownership mindset with focus on process excellence
    5. Stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving skills
    6. Learning agility and system thinking exposure
