1. Accountable for harmonious Employee Relations, 100% StatutoryCompliance and all liaison with Government or other statutoryauthorities for the State.2. To look after ER and compliances for all offices and establishments(e.g. Headquarters, Jio Centres, Distribution Centres, Warehouses,Maintenance Points and Network Facilities etc.) and for on roll andcontractor manpower within State. Ensure that the compliance system(framework and IT system) and planned arrangements are implemented intimely manner.3. Plan self-audits (both at physical locations and documentation) andsupport in external audits. Review non-compliance reports and ensureclosure within defined time frame.4. Ensure availability of a working Grievance Redressal mechanism andreport on efficacy and operational effectiveness of same on a weeklybasis to NHQ ER Team5. Work independently at the State HQ in a control function role6. Working Knowledge of Central and State Laws applicable at company andunit level7. Train JC Managers and other establishment managers w.r.t. statutorycompliances.8. Filing of periodic returns9. Maintenance of MIS10. Guidance to Operations team on discipline and grievance issues11. Ensure closure of legal notices and reports.12. Attending Court Cases / Hearings. Collating data required for suchmatters and be guided by NHQ on action plans.13. Attending Labor Inspections.14. Managing liaison with Enforcement officers, local bodies and otherexternal stakeholders
