  • Job Responsibilities :

    To achieve revenue growth through digital and physical channels in Urban
    and Rural markets as per operating plan
    1.Develop and execute programs end to end for growing revenue from
    recharges and acquisitions
    2.Evaluate growth opportunities derived from quantitative analysis of
    current business scenario through lens of geography, channel, customer,
    brand partnerships
    3.Own the timely and effective delivery of projects for revenue growth
    by maintaining project management best practices, partnering with
    central and geography teams, delivery risk management
    4.Drive continuous growth and improvement in areas of
    a.Customer acquisition Increase funnel for lead generation, Lead
    conversion, Channel sales
    b.Retention Programs Retain existing customers for timely recharge,
    upgrade to higher tariff plans
    c.Build new alternative Channels to drive both acquisition, retention
    and customer service
    5.Identify and establish best practices and improve comms across
    different consumer touchpoints.

  • Education Requirement :

    Graduate in Any Discipline (MBA preferred)

  • Experience Requirement :

    2 - 8 Years
