1. Responsible for working with IVG Head to translate strategies and
objectives into annual plans and cascade to quarterly business plans and
account level targets for IVG
2. Responsible for account planning, segmentation and mapping
3. Supports IVG Head with special projects/ initiatives, war rooms,
customized reports, analysis and insights
4. Support IVG Head in identifying key strategic interventions required
across sales, operations, product etc. based on an understanding of the
external / internal environment
5. Assess enquiries directed to the IVG Head, determine the proper
course of action and delegate to the appropriate individuals to manage
6. Ensure all critical issues escalated to IVG Head are addressed and
keep track of progress until resolved

Any Post Graduation (MBA preferred)

5 - 10 Years

reports to support in fact based decision making
2. Outcome Focused: Gets things done ; relentless focus on key
priorities of the business and holds people accountable to deliver
results
3. Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with
