To Manage CMM Org for Managing O&M of Infra and the L1 O&M of Access
Electronics ( eNB, MW, CSS, AG1 Routers, Wi Fi, OLT etc.

1. To manage the passive infra assets for Facilities like AG3, SAG2,
AG2+OTN, AG1, ILA, eNodeB( Own Built, RP1, IP Colo. sites & Own Built ,
RCOMM / other Leased Fiber providers sites
2. To ensure the Defined SLA/KPIs for Network are met
3. Provide Support for Budgeting & resource availability
4. Ensure QMS & HSEF policies implementation
5. Support for Assets and Contract management
6. Ensure Network updation in GIS for maintenance triggered changes
7. Governance of 3rd parti IP colo and leased fibre / bw.
8. Familiarization with OSS, SAP PM & MM Modules
9. Soft skills: Leadership, Team building, Motivation, Communication,
Presentation, Interpersonal relationship management, Conflict Management
Medium proficiency in MS Office pack (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
