Develop & maintain the work structure by updating job requirementsand job descriptions for all positions3. Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing,andinterviewing program,counselling managers on candidate selection,conducting and analysing exit interviews,recommending changes4. Ensures planning, monitoring,and appraisal of employee work resultsby training managers to coach and discipline employees,5.Scheduling management conferences with employees,hearing and resolvingemployee grievances,counselling employees and supervisors6. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attendingeducational workshops,reviewing professional publications,establishingpersonal networks,participating in professional societies7. Plan and implement an effective HR plan that is aligned to businessplan and overall organisation people agenda8. Guide and review all the process and policies are followed by HRBPsdesign parameters for assessment of personnel communicate with employeesand business heads for better alignment9. Analyse skill gaps in existing positions as per market and implementprograms for specialized hiring10.Analyse and finalize skill requirement for various positions11.Design and implement business intelligence and analytics for hiring
