    measures to improve / sustain fibre health and performance.
    2. To support as Fibre SMEs in the States aligned with the Fibre
    Operations work stream at NHQ.
    3. OFC Network Planning.
    4. Fibre Testing methods and Equipment for testing.
    5. Accessories for OFC and Ducting / Laying.
